Live audio classes on the internet, why? Because we can and because actually working out is realy the whole point isn't it?

Pete's audio-class's will be recorded live and "shout-casted" to you wherever you want to be and whenever you feel the need. Weekly in the "Fit Zone" we'll post video and text examples of the exercises we'll be using in the coming workout then it's up to you to familiarize and get comfortable with the exercises get "warmed up" tune in and be ready to rock. I'll cue and guide you a great workout and leave you ready to hit the showers.

Technology being as cool as it is will allow you to catch the class online download it to your mp3 player and use it wherever you end up at the end of your workout/warm up. As a member audio-classes are included in your membership so take advantage of that and if you're not yet a member grab your workout gear and your VISA card, because it'll cost you a little, and come on down to Pete's Class.
