Membership Information Our goal at Petesclass.com isn't to take your money… it's to trade your money for information that will let you effectively pursue your own fitness path. Membership to the site currently includes progressive workouts for running, weight training, core stability for all levels of fitness participants. The truth of the matter is that most people come to these “ab-sites” because they think if they do the right exercise they can flatten, tone and tame an out of control belly. Sorry, exercise itself will never make that happen. The way you look and the amount of fat you carry is primarily dependent on your diet (not as in capital DIET but rather as a function of what you eat now and what you intend on eating the rest of your life) and for that I/we (and now you can too) follow the advice of Kyla Zalapski a performance nutrition and supplement consultant who advises athletes and fitness wannabe’s of all levels on functional health and fitness and “belly control”. Yes, we have an extensive library with entertaining and insightful articles (and most of that’s free so help yourself!) but the meat of the matter is on an interactive level where we’re offering notice boards, personal diaries, individualized programs, question and answers with Pete and/or Kyla as well as regular web-casts of relevant topics and honest to god “Petes Class” which is a muscular strength and endurance class designed to strengthen and enhance those muscle that connect to and influence the pelvis.
