Members have access to articles that outline the basic needs of healthy eating and describe many of the good (and not so good) foods available to you.

Online food diaries will also be available so you can record what you eat each day so you can track how you're doing (and where you may be having some troubles).

Kyla will also be supplying you with complete meal plans and recipes so that you can always have some healthy ideas at your fingertips.
