Pete's Class live offers you the option of throwing down in your office and cracking off a killer workout while you're still on the clock or if you're slightly more responsible the chance to watch from the comfort and privacy of your own home workouts that are functional and changing on a regular basis.

Technology is cool, so much so you could watch the class online download it to your hard drive then burn it to a cd, svcd or dvd and create your own library of Pete's Class.

If you're a fitness instructor feel free to incorporate and introduce the moves you learn here in your own classes, better still learn the moves and find how they best suit you and your style then modify them and make them your own.
